Work in collaboration with Stephanie F. Zopf*
This collaboration consisted in creating a demo showcasing the utility of a novel liquid metal emulsion developed by Stephanie F. Zopf. The demo was done by first drawing the circuit in the tracer maker described here. The LED array was then automatically printed using a motion controller with four independent Z-axis. The electronics were automatically added to the LED array using custom pick-and-place functions. The LED array had a total of 19 red LED lights (1.6mm by 0.8mm), along with 19 resistors (1.6mm by 0.8mm) to guarantee uniform brightness.
