I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, where I developed an early fascination with technology, which seemed out of reach for someone with my background. Over the years, my passion for technology only grew stronger, sparking my curiosity about how the world works. This drive led me to pursue a degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez.

I recently completed my Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University, where I conducted research in the Additive Assembly Laboratory under the guidance of Prof. Will Boley. My work centered on developing innovative materials and fabrication strategies to enable the rapid prototyping of soft and stretchable haptic feedback systems with integrated sensing and actuation capabilities. My broader research interests include soft robotics, integrated systems, product development, wearable and medical devices, and haptic technologies.
